I truly love Jotform
I truly love Jotform, for this to be free I have discovered that I can create my own hair booking site for free and remain organized within my business. I plan to see if I am able to process payments through Jotform I haven’t attempted yet but I will definitely return with a honest update.
Jotform is truly my life saver especially since I have a sever case of adult ADHD. Everything is beginner friendly and majority is done for you especially the premade templates. I have the free account I can only imagine what the features are for the paid account. I truly appreciate how they still give so much for free to have a successful business and keep you organized. Highly recommend Jotform

"Jotform has been a total lifesaver for me and my co-workers! Before discovering this platform, we were printing 50 to 75 sheets of paper every single day so participants could sign our education classes' packets. Not only was this time-consuming to assemble, but it also resulted in occasional lost paperwork. Now, everything our participants and staff need is right at our fingertips. Jotform ai agents are trash
I got a bronze plan for jotform ai agents, built a very well structured kb (according to claude cowork) of my digital business... but jotform ai agent for customer care was answering nonsense, not following the kb in too many cases.
After one week, i still have no reply from their customer support, apart from not being eligible for a refund.
Run away from jotform.
Edit. I decided to move my project with anthropic, sorry i cant waste my time checking your amendments.

The limit is a joke
The limit is a joke. I built a form and they didn't warn me before I publish my design about the 100 monthly limit of submission of the form and now I have to face the embarrassment of running out of the quota.
The price of increasing the limitation is 40 dollars a month.

Cancellation Requested Within 24 Hours, Yet Refund Denied
I believe Jotform's cancellation procedures create an unreasonable risk of consumer confusion. Customers may make a good-faith effort to cancel service through one of several available communication channels, only to later learn that the company does not recognize that method as a valid cancellation request. Such practices undermine transparency and can result in consumers being charged for services they believed had been terminated. Clear, conspicuous, and uniform cancellation procedures are essential to fair consumer treatment.

Super easy to use
Super easy to use, you can get a cool form written and designed in minutes. The use of the AI tool is very helpfull.
Changing or adding a fields is super easy and you can intergrate with lots of 3rd party tools when needed. Great experience so far!

Translation bug
I am running a multilingual survey for an international B2B audience and chose JotForm specifically because of their claims that it supports reliable multi-language forms. In practice, this has not held up.
A recurring bug on their side causes key elements (notably input table and paragraph blocks) to remain untranslated in the preview, even though translations initially worked correctly. This has now happened for the second time across different forms, effectively blocking deployment of our survey.
The issue was raised three weeks ago, and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution, no timeline, and no meaningful update beyond generic responses such as “we appreciate your patience” and “our developers are working on it.”
At this point, the lack of accountability and inability to provide even a basic ETA makes the platform unreliable for serious, time-sensitive multilingual projects. Very disappointing experience overall.

Really great in its simplicity, I can efficiently use its AI feature to help me build a strong foundation on my forms and work off of that. JotForm's variety in its ways to help collect data is very excellent as it updates in real-time.

Brilliant for PTA
Jotform has completely changed the way we manage forms and event registrations. It’s incredibly easy to use, even for people with very little tech experience, and the drag-and-drop builder makes creating professional forms quick and stress-free.
We use it regularly for school PTA events, stall bookings, volunteer sign-ups, and collecting information from parents, and it has saved us countless hours. The automation features, integrations, and instant notifications make organising events so much smoother.
The templates are brilliant, the forms look professional on mobile and desktop, and being able to customise everything to match our branding is a huge bonus.
Overall, Jotform is reliable, user-friendly, and one of the best tools we’ve used for community and event organisation. Highly recommended. We even managed to make an app for parents!

Jotform - The platform every business needs!
Jotform is one of the best platforms I have used for business. Not only have I used Jotform to roll out a whole new system within our disability support organisation spreading over different offices across Australia, I also use it for my own two businesses for Photography and Trauma Informed support service.
The range of integrations offered are exactly what I have needed to ensure easy use and workflow.
Jotform has made such a difference to the organisation I work for that there was a recent upgrade to enterprise as it has been so useful for exactly what the company required.
