There is no edit Link option for me

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to pull up an account using your email address and found a few forms. So, I cloned one of the forms to see if I could replicate the behavior, but everything was working properly. The option to add the Edit Link is available. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
