Account Recovery Form: Error Failed to Fetch Data from Server

It appears I cannot access my account, and the account recovery form is showing an error: "Error: Failed to fetch data from server."

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I checked the Account Recovery form and it is working fine.



You do have a starter account linked to the same email address. Try resetting the password and then try logging in.

If you are still unable to log in, please clear your browser cache, or use another browser or an incognito browser window to open the form and then check if you are able to access and submit it.
