How to reset the Ticket Purchases widget count

    I am testing a workshop registration form which uses the Ticket Purchase widget.

    I have deleted all the test submissions, but my form is still showing that workshops are sold out. The widget line entries still show the maximum available tickets.

    How do I reset the counter so I can go live.

    Hi Lise,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you delete submissions from your tables, they are moved to your Trash folder. To permanently remove them, you’ll need to purge submissions in your trash. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. Then, click on Trashed Entries.
    3. Next, in the window that opens on the right side of the page, select the submission you want to delete, and then click on Delete Forever.
    4. Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Delete.
