Account Access: How to Recover Forgotten Access Code

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're referring to the Encrypt Form Data feature, unfortunately, access codes can't be recovered even from our end. Encrypted forms use end-to-end encryption, so your access code is securely locked, even from us.

This means if you lose or forget it, we won’t be able to recover your data. To stay safe, we recommend choosing a code that’s easy to remember or store it somewhere secure moving forward.

For now, you can turn off encryption and Enable it again with a new access code to continue collecting encrypted submissions. But keep in mind that the new code will only work for future submissions, not the ones already encrypted.
