Does this work on JotForm Sign Builder too or only JotForm Form Builder? I would like the Sign Builder to look like the emails are from me.

Keenly JotForm SupportHi Robert,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that Sign Builder and Form Builder have different ways of setting up a Notification Email. If you want to customize the email template like how it's done in Form Builder, you can use a Smart PDF Form with Jotform Sign Automation enabled instead. You can create it by uploading a PDF similar to the one used to create your Jotform Sign document. Let me show you how:
- On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
- Then, select Form, and then click on Document to Form.
- Now, in Smart PDF Forms, click on Upload Document, and then select the PDF you want to convert to a form, or just drag and drop the PDF into the white upload area.
Sometimes the fields automatically created in the PDF file end up in the wrong place. If that happens, you’ll need to move and resize them. Check out the screencast below to see how it’s done: If some fields aren’t added automatically, you can manually add them to your form, and then match it to the PDF on the right side of the page. That's it. Once you set everything up, when the form is filled, it will automatically fill your PDF file. Check out the screencast below to see how it'll work: Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
