Thanks for using Jotform. If you use the cards layout, your donation form will allow you to have predefined amounts and a blank textbox for other amounts. Check out my screenshot below so you can see what I mean:

If you're already working on a form on a classic layout, you can easily it to Cards. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the top-right side of the page.
2. Then, in the Form Designer menu on the right, go to the Layout tab, and then click on Card Form.
