Now, coming back to your question,  If you'd like to request a refund for your most recent invoice, please fill out our Refund Request form. Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date, so as long as the charge falls within that timeframe, our Billing Team will be able to review your request.

Once the form has been submitted, the relevant team will review the details and reach out to you directly by email with an update as soon as they have completed their review.
