rtolmachI did a very long (hours!) chat with Podo to get help on something. Then it disappeared before we finished. A new Podo chat tells me that you do not save chats in customer accounts, as woud be logical, so all that work was lost. Podo says that happens sometimes.
Started a new chat. Back and forth a few times. Then Podo stopped responding. Repeated "are you there" type comments got no response.
I had to log out and back in to clear the podo window.
So now I am starting for a third time.
I am not loving jotform so much today.
Please get your colleagues to save chats in the customer account. Your failure to do so cost me more in lost time than I spend on jotform in an entire year. -
