No - Where do I find the access code

Silvano JotForm SupportHi Marsha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When enabling Form Encryption on your form, you'll be asked to provide your Access Code. This means that If you've lost your access code or encryption key, the encrypted data is unfortunately not recoverable. Jotform's encryption is end-to-end, which means we don't have a copy of your key and can't help you retrieve it.
You can disable form encryption so future submissions will no longer be encrypted. Keep in mind that disabling form encryption doesn't decrypt old submissions. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
- Under Form Settings, toggle Encrypt Form Data to Off.
- Select Yes, Disable from the modal that pops up.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
