You can also include this summary: the bottom navigation is enabled, but the bottom bar is hidden in preview. We already checked and adjusted the navigation settings, including the Home page.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your App and was able to replicate the issue. Even when Bottom Navigation is enabled for Mobile, it still shows at the top. Check out my screenshots below for reference.

I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for patiently waiting. We received feedback from our developers that this is the expected behavior. Since the first page is a landing page, it only displays the hamburger menu at the top right corner. However, when you go to another page other than the landing page, it will display the bottom navigation properly. Check out our screencast below for reference:
