Cannot access Enterprise Account

    Hello,

    All of our admins have been locked out of our enterprise account. We require access to be restored as soon as possible.

    If all admins are locked out of your Jotform Enterprise account, the fastest way to restore access is to contact our Enterprise team directly so they can verify your organization and assist with the account.

    Please do the following:

    • If you still have any user who can access the Enterprise Support page (even a non-admin), have them:
      • Go to My Workspace.
      • Click Support at the top right.
      • Click Support Request.
      • Fill in the details (mention that all admins are locked out and mark it as urgent), then click Submit Request.
      • Optionally, from the same page, click Schedule Meeting to book a live session.

    • If no one on your team can log in at all, please reach out via our Enterprise sales/contact channel so the request can be routed to the right Enterprise specialists:

    If you can share your Enterprise subdomain (for example, yourcompany.jotform.com) and whether this is related to 2FA or another lockout message, I can point you to the most relevant next steps while you wait for the Enterprise team to respond.

    Hi Carrisa,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your server and see that your account is locked. However, there's another admin (Boardman Ilana Ilana) that you can reach out to unlock your account for you. In case he/she's also having trouble unlocking your account, you can ask him to create a ticket (here) to contact Enterprise Support directly.
