5. Independent Contractor Status: The Contractor as an independent contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and legal obligations associated with that status.

7. Confidentiality: The Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive, proprietary, or personal information obtained during the course of this engagement, except as required by law.

8. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. The Contractor shall be compensated for services satisfactorily performed through the date of termination.

9. Acceptance: By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
