If you’re thinking about deleting your Jotform account, consider whether you might need it in the future. You can downgrade to the Starter plan instead of deleting your account, keeping access to all your assets. But, if you’re sure you want to delete it, Jotform allows you to remove your account and data when needed.
You can delete your account in just a few steps. Here’s how to do it:
- On your Workspace page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top-right side of the screen.
- In the menu that opens up, click on your Name to open the Account Page in a new browser tab.
- Now, scroll down to the bottom of the Account page and click on Delete My Account.
- Then, in the Confirmation window, click on Yes, Delete.
- Next, copy the Verification Code sent to the email address linked to your account.
- After that, enter the verification code to confirm it’s you and delete your account. If the code is correct, the verification will be completed automatically. If not, correct it and click on Verify.
- Finally, click on Delete My Account.
That’s it! Your account’s been successfully deleted. You’ll be logged out, and any attempt to log in will result in an error.
Note
Deleting your account will make all its assets and associated data inaccessible, including forms and their submissions, AI Agents and conversations, Workflows, Apps, Signed Documents, Tables and their data, and Reports.

Jotform created a second account for me without my permission. This has created a slew of business and operation problems because i cannot change the email on my main account because it keeps making a separate account for my email. After deletion it continues to say that my email is associated with another account. Does anyone have any form service that they recommend? I want to move away from Jotform so badly, they charge too much money for as many mistakes they have and virtually zero customer service. The model isnt working anymore after all of their updates and I just want to be rid of Jotform so badly!

I was having trouble creating a form and accidentally created 3 blank forms. I was charged for a new account $200.30 via Pay Pal when I actually only created 1 new form for a total of 2 forms. I have no need for a larger account. Can I get back to the free version and get a refund of the $200.30 that was paid?
