Reembolso do anual, pois cliquei sem querer no link ao tentar cancelar o mensal.

After you send your request, it will be reviewed. You can check your refund status by entering your Refund Request ID on the Refund Request page. Please note that, if you purchased through the Jotform Mobile App, request refunds directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
