Thanks! This referendum is controversial and we could get someone trying to sabotage us.

    Hi Eileen,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can have your Quickbooks integration in an Approval Workflow so only approved submissions get sent to your Quickbooks. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings and select Approval Flow in the sidebar. Is there a way to approve integration so that someone doesnt go into the form and submit garbage info? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    2. Next, in the Workflow Builder, click on the Add Element from the top-left and go to the Integrations tab.
    3. Then, search for QuickBooks and drag and drop it next to your Approve path.
    4. Finally, set up the QuickBooks integration by clicking on Complete Settings inside the element. Is there a way to approve integration so that someone doesnt go into the form and submit garbage info? Image 2 Screenshot 41

That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

is there a way to put the form on the website so that you can see it without linking to it? I'm going to add Square in the next couple days as well.

Apparently people don't like clicking on links

And, is there a way to add donate $25, $50, $100, etc, and also a blank button?

rather than just a plain amount you fill in donate button?

    Hi Eileen,

You can embed the form directly on your website. We have different embed codes that you can use to embed the form directly on your website. You can check out our guide here on how to embed a form on a website.

As for collecting donations with a set amount, I’ve gone ahead and moved it to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.
